Returns

At the end of your month, you can return your items and loan new ones. We send you a reminder by email 5 days before the start of your next month. Put your returning items back in the Repack they came in, then take them to any Collect Plus drop-off point. Show them the code in the email you received from us and they'll print off a return label for you.


Remember to send us feedback on your returning items via the link in the email. Your input helps our stylists make the best selection for your next edit.

Garment Care

We hope you'll treat your Onloan items as if you've borrowed them from a friend. If there is any minor damage (eg a button pops off), just let us know in your feedback survey and we'll fix it at no cost to you. For major damage (eg a big tear), message us and we'll figure out a plan. We reserve the right to charge retail price for a ruined item, but we'll always try to restore it first to avoid this.


If your item needs a wash mid-month, message us to make arrangements. Please don't attempt to repair or clean an item yourself - we take care of all of that for you!
